About the author

Heloo, my name is May, and I am the author of this book.  I am eight years old, and I have brown eyes, black hair, and a skinny body.  I also have tan skin.  I go to Village Elementary SChool.  I am in the third grade.  My favorite subject is writing, because it sometimes allows me to expand my imagination.  I like to read.  M favorite author is Ronald Dalh, because I think he is a funny, imaginative author.  Some of my favorites are "The Witches", "The BFG" and "Matilda."  I live with my parents and my two pet fish.  My fish are called Rose-Belly and Pearl-Belly.  My parents and I are all Chinese.

My Hopes

1. to be a better writer.

2. to not to talk at quiet work time.

My hope is to become a better writer.  I think that reading more good books might help me, improve my writing pieces.  Studying differrent authors' books and writing will also likely do me some good during my process.  I will browse around in dictionaries for good words as well.  These things will enable me to accomplish my hope to become a better writer.
