I came across this park info via bringfido.com. It is a beautiful day after last weekend's humidity and heat wave.
It is a beautiful park with nice scenery of nature with abundant trees and plants. It is also an awesome area for different activities, including running, hiking, dog walking, fishing, or just strolling with friends. What's more, it is indeed a really cool place (I mean legit cool place) for a summer day with its plenty of shade. If you bring your dog, who loves water, he/she will have a blast in a small beach like the place. Whether playing a fetch or just get wet on a hot summer day, the dogs will love the small running no matter what.
There are different trails in the park and orange trail is the easiest and busiest one, as it is pretty wide so you can hear the whoosh of the bikes and barking of the dogs. Since it is close to the creek, it is recommended to wear active clothes and water shoes as you might enjoy the dip from the water, especially if you have a water-loving fur friend. A large map is available next to the parking lot of Green Valley, where is pretty much in the middle of the trail, so you can pick you direction per your preference for the different stops. Besides the fairly flat orange trails (I heard the forbidden drive is also a wide path), a couple of rocky trails can be challenging yet interesting. We will definitely come back for those.
Park lots are very crowded, so make sure you get there earlier to beat the crowd. Yet no worries as people are coming in and out fairly frequently to make spots available.
美国国庆日,周二,休息在家。预报80多度,还是想带Rixi出门。
他让我用英文多写写。我想从小的开始。对书的感觉,对电影的看法,出门之后的一点小感受,一点一点来。
