得到上面一段话的启发,我也决定慢慢地把我学做的一些方子攒起来。
绿茶蛋卷盆里放入
- 低筋面粉(Cake&pastry flour)1/4杯+1茶匙(45克)
- 速溶奶粉1大匙;
- 抹茶粉 2茶匙;
搅拌均匀待用
另一个盆里:
特大鸡蛋2个,细沙糖3大匙(45克)
电动搅拌1分钟至均匀
加牛油3大匙(45克)微波炉融化;搅拌至均匀
将一个盆里的面粉加上炒熟的芝麻1大匙倒入第二个盆。低速打至均匀即可。
以上的材料可以做8个蛋卷。
不粘锅用油搽下,放入2大匙面糊,转动锅让面糊均匀成薄薄一层。放炉上,小火煎至底部微黄,翻转一面。
继续小火煎1-2分钟,趁热将蛋饼卷起成筒,拿出放在烤盘上静置2分钟定型,冷凉即可食用,很酥。
感觉蛮失败的。一点也不酥。但是最后还是统统进肚子了。哈哈。
